Fratelli is Italian for “brother” and that is exactly what this fine Italian Restaurant located in Centreville Square represents. Brothers Ray and Jose’ Robles are the owners and Julio is the head chef. Ray and Jose’ managed and worked a few Italian restaurants for over 20 years, which give them a wealth of experience. With this much experience between them, they decided to fulfill their dream of opening their own restaurant. They learned how to make delicious Italian dishes and how to treat their customers well.
